Wood rat - what is this

My uncle has passed away and trying to make sense of his carpentry tools so we can sell them to someone who can use them. Does anyone know what this is called, how to describe it and what would be a reasonable price?

That doesn't look like a WoodRat to me, certainly not a complete one.

It does look like one but an early model I would have thought. The top part gets hung off a wall horizontally and the second part runs in a pair of grooves in the top part.
