I have a 20x8 foot metal shipping container workshop, the walls aren't insulated and I'm after a decent electric heater one that will heat the whole area but not cost too much to run was wondering if anyone knew of anything decent. It won't be run all the time only when I'm in the workshop

Thanks in advance

an uninsulated metal workshop will be dripping with condensation if you use heating of any sort. however if you do use electric heating the cost will be proportional to the size of the heater, gas or paraffin will only produce more water vapour and thus increase rusting problems.
Insulation will make the place much warmer anyway. Do walls floor and ceiling have a false wall inside the main doors with a smaller access door then it will be cosy.

Probably one of those quartz heaters would be best since they dont heat the air only you. Often sold as patio heaters
