Marley tile advice needed

Hi guys
I have several Marley tiles that are broken around the edge of my house, can someone advise as to what to put into the gaps in order to seal it up please..
The tiles have been tested and come back negative for asbestos..h

Ps .. I should say they are floor tiles, the old type stuck down with bitumen..

Thin self leveling compound?

When you say Thin, do you mean apply it thinly or you can buy different types of compound please?
