Self adhesive steel tape measure in imperial and metric

Hi all, I think this has been covered before?
I am making my own miter bench and would like to have a tape on both sides in both imperial and metric as I tend to use both and at least 2.6 meters in length . I have already bought one from axminster but they look as thought they wont last long, it's not steel, and the tape is cut in half so I will most probable take it back. but I am struggling to find anything better!
Does any one out there have any better ideas?

i cant help, but i need to get one myself, albeit in metric and up to about 1.2m

I already had a look at them, I didn't see anything in both imperial and metric and there expensive...!
