How to drill into a concrete lintel?

I’d be a little concerned that sds max could actually damage the lintel imo of course

Found Biscuit jointer with dust extraction

Mine is the dewalt 626 I think 🤔 it’s fine for my skills especially given the cost of a domino or the lamello etc

Found Biscuit jointer with dust extraction

I have to agree with @niall Y in that your budget is too low ,, you might get lucky and pick up a used one for that sort of money but even used can command a decent price as the quality makes especially seem to hold their price especially if in good, clean condition.

    Joining temporarily

Sorry for your losses and it’s not easy clearing out your parents belongings. I had to do my moms flat when she had a stroke- a very painful experience as she is now in a care home and it felt like she had passed away.. there are rules regarding selling as a new member as you have to have so...

    Stainless steel splashback

You could try fixing timber battons like 2x1 into the plasterboard with mechanical fixings or as above adhesives . Then fix the splash back with screws into the timber battons. I’m assuming this 28 mm plasterboard is insulated — not easy tbh there are of course toggle bolts and those newer...

    ADHD and Mental Health

Sounds crazy given that she has been diagnosed and has to wait up to 4 years but I’m not surprised at all . I’m on medication my stress and anxiety but I just reorder it from the chemist without seeing my doctor . If I ask my g p for a repeat prescription then I’m told I need to be assessed...

    ADHD and Mental Health

I don’t know that much about adhd but I did think my son had something similar. I saw signs when he was a baby and as he went into toddler age he slowly got worse, my at the time partner ( his mom ) was having none of it . Health professionals dismissed us as poor parents etc . At Around 7/8...

Three steps back... Fall down rabbit hole... New member

Hello and welcome- nothing much worse than sanding old paint , these days if possible I opt for the heat gun and go back to wood then prime / undercoat and top coat.. but it’s all arduous graft but as long as the end result looks good then happy days 🤗🤗

    Makita 2012NB

FYI a short piece of 63 mm pipe fits inside the makita shroud and then a rubber type adapter 63-100 mm or similar but either way hope it works out for you.

    Makita 2012NB

Have you tried going from the supplied 63 mm to 100mm via an adapter. This will be a cheaper option = see my post above . I use a numatic twin motor vac with no issues. Obviously there is a risk of the 100 mm hose blocking as it reduces to 63mm in which case the updated hood you are looking at...

    Makita 2012NB

My opinion on the cost of something is my opinion and not yours . I have no idea whats involved with 3 d printing or designing said items and I don’t particularly care . I have the same planer and I have no issues with the supplied 63 mm port which use a short length of 63 mm hose . I also have...

    Makita 2012NB

I have the nb2012 but I wasn’t aware of this upgrade. Tbh mine works pretty good with the supplied 63 mm port . That seems a bit pricey for what is most likely a 3d printed part ..
