    Evri. New Flat pack delivery.

Exactly Jake, this is what I always say when people comment "But my driver is fine!", yeah, so is mine, but if he gets handed something broken up the chain there's nothing he can do about it. Evri is fine for cheap mass-produced clothes, but I don't understand why anyone individual uses it at...

    Parkside speed clamps

The small Irwin quick clamps are 2 for £10 in Wickes again, I know where I'd be going between the two options.

    3D printer filiment

There's pretty much always something on offer on Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/SUNLU-Filament-Printer-Tolerance-Accuracy/dp/B07XFKW972/ref=sr_1_6

    Parkside track saw

Yeah, I ended up using an impact driver on it the first time I changed the blade. After that it was fine - just overtorqued from the factory.

    Making Fun - Jimmy Diresta

The lack of health and safety is shocking. I'm amazing DiResta has all his fingers and both eyes. I really hope anyone watching it with kids is pointing out what not to do!

    Is there a battery/cordless 23G pin nailer?

The cordless Ryobi is a totally difference beast to a cheap corded one. My Titan corded one is a violent thing, loads of kickback from the flywheel system which fires. The Ryobi cordless is a lovely thing. It's got an on-board air compressor, and is way quieter and almost no kick. I understand...

    Mortgage rates / interest etc

People can't have second-hand hand-me-down furniture anymore - because modern stuff is cheap rubbish that doesn't last.

    Something to be aware of.

In the UK we have results within 24 hours for PCR tests run by the NHS/Government, but you aren't allowed to use those tests for flying/travelling, you need to pay a private company, which is where it can all fall down. It's worth seeking out a testing company that actually run the lab, rather...

For Sale Last few bits - workshop clear out

Hi, I'd be interested in the drill guides depending on postage costs

    Cordless brad nailer...which one?

I really like my Ryobi 18G one. Hasn't missed a beat so far I didn't have any of their batteries, but got a good price on a hedge trimmer (which I wanted anyway) with a 2ah, with a 4ah free from Ryobi. Not sure that the offer is still running.

    Toolstation - good experience

I know that’s how they both usually operate, but any Screwfix I’ve been to have been happy to grab stuff for a look at before buying.

    Kitchen Carcass

I went B and Q, and they're fine but not inspiring. If I knew about Space Plugs then I'd have considered IKEA more, but the lack of service void put me off. http://space-plug.com/ What ultimately swung it for me was who did the widths and corner layouts that best filled the space. The B&Q...
